So a Wallaby is basically a small kangaroo. However, they are entirely a different species and very different indeed. They are much smaller, usually have darker fur, and a bronze appearance around their neck and back. Wallabies are also significantly harder to photograph as they are very quick and good at cornering too. I was lucky to photograph one jumping between two rock ledges near a small pond. These definitely go into the cute photography category and I am sure these will sell well at my market stall. Rest assure their fur is as soft and fluffy as it looks too. I wish I had more time to photograph them near my parent's house on the central coast.
